One of Tri-Valley’s most desirable neighborhoods is Alden Lane. The location contains various housing estates offering an array of spacious homes with high ceilings and large flat lots.

Here, you will be close to Jack Williams Park, or you can enjoy one of the many other well-maintained parks and trails surrounding the area. Families have their choice of top-rated schools due to the open enrollment system.

Concannon Blvd. and Holmes St. provide quick access to Route 84, where you can head north to I-580 or south to I-680 to get anywhere in Tri-Valley or East Bay. However, residents don’t have many reasons to leave the area because Livermore has lots of shopping, eateries, and vineyards.
