Broadmoor is a sophisticated urban neighborhood with easy access to dining, shopping, entertainment and local attractions. It’s west of I-580 in the northeast corner of San Leandro, just north of the Estudillo Estates-Glen district. Broadmoor is a diverse community with a strong emphasis on local arts and culture.

Broadmoor contains multi-family residences and single-family homes. The district boasts mid-century ranch homes, Spanish-style houses and modern two-story houses. Homes range from 1,500 square feet to 3,000 square feet or more.

Getting around the neighborhood is easy. There are several AC Transit bus stops along Bancroft Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard. Besides convenient access to downtown San Leandro, other selling points include outdoor recreational opportunities at nearby Lake Chabot and the Oakland Zoo.
